All services provided by the online shop for the customer are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been individually agreed between the online shop and the customer.
Conclusion of contract
3.1 The offers of the online shop on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online shop.
3.2 By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
3.3 The online shop confirms receipt of the order immediately, no later than 10 working days after receipt of the order. The order confirmation as well as the receipt of an order by telephone do not yet constitute a legal transaction on our part. We only accept the offer when we bring the goods to you for dispatch. You will receive a written confirmation of dispatch by email within 10 working days. However, the customer is bound to his offer for a maximum of 14 days. Unless the goods have already been personalized, the right to withdraw from the purchase expires.
3.4 The subject of the contract is the goods ordered by the customer. With regard to the quality, the offer description applies, otherwise Section 434 (1) sentence 3 BGB applies.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
4.1 Excluded are goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. Thus, all personalized products from our shop are excluded from the common withdrawal period according to § 3 Paragraph 2 No. 1 FernAbsG, now § 312 d Paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. As a customer, you do not bear the direct costs of returning the goods to the online shop.

5.1 All articles are delivered immediately, provided they are available from stock.
Delivery takes place both within Germany and in EU countries.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the delivery time within Germany is approx. 5-8 working days. Delivery times have not been agreed. Standard delivery times are not binding and are not considered fixed dates. The customer will be billed for the additional costs that arise from repeatedly sending the goods if the customer cannot accept the parcel or pick it up from the parcel shop. If the package is lost, the research deadline given by the deliverer applies before the sender can send new goods.
For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is approx. 14 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Delivery is usually made within 14 working days (Monday to Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded) after the payment order has been placed with the transferring bank (in the case of prepayment).
